About Brad Van Amberg
Brad attended Fairleigh-Dickinson University in NJ during the evenings while working in NYC. After graduating with a B.S. in Accounting he joined Haskins & Sells, a "Big 8" CPA firm. In 1978 he obtained his first real estate license while working as a Corporate Controller. Nearly twenty years later he would transition from Corporate Controller and part-time Realtor into real estate. In 1998 he joined Carteret Mortgage as a Branch Manager and later Vice-President. He was able to combine his real estate and accounting skills in this industry. He remained in that industry until the banking collapse started in 2006.
He then returned to real estate with an emphasis on marketing listings, short sales and investor properties. His vast real estate and mortgage experiences come into play when working with his Buyers.
